My story shared by the Psoriasis Association

I recently wrote a piece for the Psoriasis Association which was published today.

My experience with the skin condition is something that I have not had the confidence to share as much as I have Juvenile Arthritis. So I was delighted when the charity gave me the opportunity and a platform to share my story.

Partly self-inflicted stigma, partly because it’s the condition I am least knowledgeable about given it was the latest evolution of my disease. It’s time for that to change and an area I will be openly advocating for more on my various platforms.

Please feel free to share.

  1. Great article – I’m sure a lot of people felt the same on diagnosis and maybe now feel bad or embarrassed about admitting it, so it’s great that you’re maybe opening the door for them.

  2. This is help a lot of newly diagnosed people x
