Have you had experience of using light therapy to help with psoriasis or psoriatic arthritis?

  1. Light treatment has always worked for me. It can be a pain logistically as its 3 times a week Monday, wed and Friday and the time slowly builds up but is a massive success for me. Certainly worth while exploring it as an option. Good luck
